Prince&The revolution "Roadhouse garden" album project?

Could you tell us more about the project Roadhouse Garden, I think it was a proposed album of Prince & The revolution in the years 1984-1985?
I know that Prince wanted to finalise again this project in 1998 with your contributions then release it.
Finally this project finalised/not finalised? with the songs "Roadhouse Garden", "Our destiny" ... never happened, what happened to this project back in the 80's and during his supposed second coming in 1998??

Can you describe us (if u can?) some titles recorded for this specific project ??

Those two tracks you mention are available on plenty of websites to download although the audio quality is seriously BAAAAAAAD . Apparently theres a video too but I dont know if thats true or just internet myth LOL !!!!

 

It would be quite nice to get the lowdown on this
