Is there a FAQ about the store? I want to purchase and DL the latest album.

But a message comes up:

Your cart session has expired and cannot be found

What i'm I doing wrong?

are you still having issues with the download purchase?
if so, please contact customersupport@topspinmedia.com -- they handle the back-end purchase flow for the store. i havent read of any issues lately, so i am curious if it is your browser or something else.
topspin will help you resolve this.
